EN: My dear ladies, I wish you a happy Women’s Day! Today is the day for congratulations, but we ourselves and the people around us can make any day be that day. One way to celebrate your femininity is to dress in accordance with your feeling of it and to enjoy in yourself. Here I present a look that for me is  one of the synonyms of femininity – mini-skirt and polka dots! Also, you can see how only a small change of accessories varies the look of the same clothes from retro Parisian style to one where we can recognize the influence of pop art.

So, the dots … Not so long ago, I was so obsessed with everything polka dots. It seems that this obsession is coming back again. This shirt is definitely to blame for. I really like this kind of clothing items that are bold, that can go with almost everything that we already have in the closet and that can be put together with other completely basic clothes for the looks that aren’t basic at all, or that helps us make a little crazier outfits. This shirt is a very good quality and can be worn in all seasons. it’s a perfect statement blouse that can be incorporated in many different styles, from retro, romantic and girly to modern minimal and casual chic. The skirt is my creation. I drafted the pattern and  started making it a while ago, but now I’ve finally forced myself to finish it. The material is velvet, which can not be seen from the photos, and the light blue is one of my favorite colors. This was the first time I’ve done the scalloped seam, but now I cannot even remember whether it was difficult to do or not, as I had done it a long time ago.

The beret is also self-made. Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing. I just cut two circles, then saw that the opening is too wide for my head and eased it a little bit to the shorter strip made of the same material. Next time I will definitely make some changes. I don’t know exactly what kind, but I will firstly study some patterns for hats because I’ve never made anything similar. The necklace is also my old handmade thing and it’s made from Fimo clay and believe it or not, drinking straws! It was not my idea – I saw it somewhere on the internet, but I can certainly share it with you in some of the future posts.

SR:Drage dame, srećan vam dan žena! Danas se on čestita, no mi same i ljudi oko nas možemo napraviti da bilo koji dan bude takav. Jedan od načina da proslavite svoju ženstvenost jeste da se obučete u skladu sa svojim doživljajem iste i da uživate u sebi. Ovde vam predstavljam izgled koji je za mene jedan od sinonima ženstvenosti – mini suknja i tačkice! Takođe, možete videti kako samo uz malu promenu aksesoara, a istu odeću, izgled varira od retro pariskog do nekog u kome možemo prepoznati uticaj pop arta.

Dakle, tačkice… jedno vreme sam bila baš opsednuta svime na tačkice. Izgleda da se ta opsesija opet vraća. Ova košulja je svakako kriva za to. Mnogo volim takve komade odeće koji su upečatljivi, a koji se mogu uklopiti sa skoro svime što već imamo u ormaru, koje možemo obući uz ostale potpuno obične stvari, a da ne izgledamo nimalo obično, ili koji nam pomažu da napravimo neku malo luđu kombinaciju. Ova košulja je dobrog kvaliteta i može se nositi u svim godišnjim dobima i može se uklopiti u različite stilove – od retro i romantičnog do modernog minimalističkog i svakodnevnog šik. Suknja je moja kreacija rađena po mom kroju. Započela sam je još pre nekog vremena, ali sad sam se konačno sada naterala da je završim. Materijal je somot, što se ne može videti sa slika,a svetlo plava mi je jedna od omiljenih boja. Ovo je bio prvi put da sam napravila ovakvu lučnu ivicu, ali više se ni ne sećam da li mi je bilo teško, kako sam to bila odavno uradila.

Kapu sam takođe sama napravila. Iskreno, nisam imala pojma šta radim. Isekla sam dva kruga, videla da je otvor preširok za glavu, pa sam ga prikulpila malo na kraću traku od istog materijala. Sledeći put ću svakako nešto promeniti, ne znam tačno još šta, ali proučiću prvo neke krojeve za kape, jer nikad nisam ništa slično pravila. Ogrlica je takođe moj davni ručni rad i napravljena je od Fimo plastelina i, nećete verovati, slamčica za piće! To nisam ja smisila, nego sam negde na internetu videla ideju, ali mogu svakako da podelim sa vama u nekom od narednih postova.
